About

The Panoramic Hill Association is a non-profit mutual benefit association dedicated to serving its members and community. The association strives to ensure the safety and preserve the character of the neighborhood by working with local officials throughout the year.  Neighbors, please keep your membership up to date.

Panoramic Hill has been called “Berkeley’s Most Romantic Neighborhood” by the Berkeley Architectural Heritage Association (BAHA). The hill contains many one-of-a-kind houses which were designed to complement their hilly, irregular lots. More on the history of Panoramic Hill (but the map is incorrect). There is also an interesting wikipedia entry on Panoramic Hill. BAHA runs the odd house tours: Tour 1 and Tour 2 (Featuring fifteen homes by Bernard Maybeck, A.H. Broad, Ernest Coxhead, John Hudson Thomas, Walter Ratcliff, Walter Steilberg, Mabel Baird, William Wurster Frank Lloyd Wright & Harwell Hamilton Harris.)
