East Bay Regional Park Will Clean Up Contiguous to Panoramic Hill

I just got a call from the East Bay Regional Park. They are listening to our complaints that the littering into the park from the South side of Panoramic Hill is a safety issue. I spoke with Jeff Manley (544-3111) and he says that they will work to clean up the trash that is hard for us to reach and will increase their patrols in the area. They cleaned up bedding today. He says that the City of Oakland has a 50 foot easement next to the road so we wold need to work with them to improve signage.
